One Day Yoga Retreats

Let go of the details of daily life and discover the peace and connectivity of your unencumbered being. Enjoy yoga sessions, breath work, meditation, and unstructured time in a natural environment.
Participants are asked to come in loose, comfortable clothing appropriate for movement and the weather, and to wear comfortable walking shoes. Please bring the following items:
- Reusable water bottle
- Personal yoga tools such as mat, blocks, straps, blanket (some mats and props will be available if needed)
- Sunscreen and insect repellent
- Journal or notebook
Guests will receive take home print-outs and an oil sample.
Green Goddess’ The Scape Café, Deli and Catering will provide you with a delicious, satisfying, and organic selection of foods that will promote well-being for you at your yoga retreat:
- Morning Snack – Fresh organic fruit (apple, orange, or banana)
- Lunch – Hearty fresh quinoa salad; fresh organic vegetable wrap (gluten free wrap available)
- Afternoon Snack – Dried fruit and nut mix with chocolate chips
- Water, herbal tea, and juice will be available.
- Due to the nature of a retreat, coffee will not be served, but will be available for purchase in the VIC gift shop.

Cost: $95. Includes a vegetarian lunch and snacks catered by The Scape Café, Deli and Catering. Reservations and payment are required by 15 July for the 24 July retreat and 29 July for the 7 August retreat.
