Enjoy the relaxing, strength-building benefits of yoga in a serene outdoor setting. Union (yoga) with nature, humanity and the universe is truly felt, intensifying your experience. Participate in Sun Salutations while actually reaching for the sun. Enjoy a stunning playlist courtesy of the birds and the breeze. Feel rooted while holding Tree pose in the forest.

Earthshine Yoga Studio LogoThis class is open to all abilities. Classes begin at 9:00 AM and end at 10:15 AM. Participants are asked to bring a mat and a large towel. Some mats and props will be available.

Instructor: Jackie Foster is a Registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She received her 200 hr. and 500 hr. certifications at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. She has studied three levels of Integrative Positional Therapy with Lee Albert, NMT; and she has completed the Ayurveda & Yoga Specialist certification at the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA. The integration of these modalities allows Jackie to develop practices that honor what is present for her students whether in group classes or private sessions. She has taught in a number of Tri-Lakes locations since 2011. Jackie also applies yoga off the mat in her job as Volunteer Coordinator for High Peaks Hospice & Palliative Care.

Explore the Trails

The VIC trails are free and open to the public, from dawn to dusk, spring through fall. In winter, the trails are open to cross-country skiers and snowshoers for a fee. Day or season passes may be purchased.
