Natural History Training Session for VIC Volunteers and Friends of the VIC:
Animal Tracking
Sunday, 28 December 2014
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Head out on the trails with VIC Naturalist Brian McAllister to see what’s moving around out here on the VIC trails. We'll be looking for animal tracks of those species that call the Adirondacks home for the winter. Tracks commonly found in this wetland and mixed forest ecosystem include: mole, vole, hare, grouse, deer, bobcat, and American martin. You will be inside and outside for this training so please dress accordingly. Free to all VIC Volunteers and Friends of the VIC.
