The Paul Smiths VIC is offering an owl prowl on 14 November. Participants will learn about the owls that make the Adirondack Mountains home. Come walk the VIC woods at 7:30 PM and see whooooo's calling! We'll discuss owl natural history, learn some call notes and listen for them, too.  $10/person, $5 for Friends of the VIC.

The Paul Smiths VIC offers a wide variety of programs throughout the year to educate and inform Adirondack Park residents and visitors about the natural wonders of the Adirondack Mountains. Explore the Trails

The VIC trails are free and open to the public, from dawn to dusk, spring through fall. In winter, the trails are open to cross-country skiers and snowshoers for a fee. Day or season passes may be purchased.
