Tree Identification: American Beech, Paper Birch, and Red Maple bark

Can you identify Adirondack trees by their leaves? By their bark? Join VIC Naturalist Michelle Berrus from 10:00 AM to noon for a nature walk on the VIC trails to gain a new understanding of bark ecology and identification.
