Free Ski Offer

Ski free at the VIC on International Women's Day!

International Women's Day 2016Calling all strong, invincible skiers and snowshoers! Tuesday, 8 March, is International Women's Day. Come to the VIC for a day of free skiing for anyone who declares:

"I am woman. Hear me roar!"

The roar is optional, but encouraged. Free maple adoption, including a quart of delicious Paul Smith's College maple syrup, for the best roar, or – for the truly strong and invincible – the best rendition of Helen Reddy's 1971 hit "I am Woman." Open to all genders.

Explore the VIC

The Paul Smiths VIC offers a wide variety of programs throughout the year to educate and inform Adirondack Park residents and visitors about the natural wonders of the Adirondack Mountains. You can help support these programs by joining the Friends of the VIC. More information on Friends of the VIC memberships

Explore the Trails

The VIC trails are free and open to the public, from dawn to dusk, spring through fall. In winter, the trails are open to cross-country skiers and snowshoers for a fee. Day or season passes may be purchased.
