In addition to a great feast of chili and corn bread prepared and served by Chef Sarah Longley and Paul Smith's College culinary students, there will be ski and fat bike demonstrations, a naturalist-led snowshoe walk, and a waxing clinic.

The featured event will be a fun “Find the Gazebos” poker run, in which intrepid competitors on skis or snow shoes will be challenged to find the VIC's seven gazebos, collecting a token at each one. Each token is exchanged for a card, followed by a poker game in the VIC Great Room.
