Chili Ski Fest
Saturday, 27 February 2016
10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Rain, sleet, snow, or hale!
The first one is easy!
On Saturday, 27 February, the Paul Smith's College VIC will host our annual chili tasting and fun-on-the-snow extravaganza. The event will take place rain, sleet, snow, or hale - hopefully snow! Entry is $10 or free with the purchase of a ski pass.
In addition to a great feast of chili and corn bread prepared and served by Chef Sarah Longley and Paul Smith's College culinary students, there will be ski and fat bike demonstrations, a naturalist-led snowshoe walk, and a waxing clinic.
The featured event will be a fun “Find the Gazebos” poker run, in which intrepid competitors on skis or snow shoes will be challenged to find the VIC's seven gazebos, collecting a token at each one. Each token is exchanged for a card, followed by a poker game in the VIC Great Room.
