Wildflower Walk
Saturday, 6 July 2013
On 6 July, botanist and Paul Smith's College professor Daun Reuter will lead a walk along the Boreal Life Trail to examine the orchids and other wildflowers that make the Adirondacks their home. Orchids that bloom in Barnum Bog at this time usually include Rose Pogonia, Grass Pink, and White-fringed Orchid.
The walk begins at 10 AM and will last about two hours. $10 for Friends of the VIC. $20 for nonmembers.
